SOMETHING UNKNOWN IS DOING WE DON’T KNOW WHAT

"The most talked about film of the 2009 Arizona International Film Festival"

SOMETHING UNKNOWN IS DOING WE DON'T KNOW WHAT explores ”The Big Five” mind phenomena: telepathy, clairvoyance, precognition, psycho-kinesis, and psychic healing. Prominent scientists weigh in to unravel the mysteries of psychic phenomena and discover boundaries between “real” magical powers and fraud.

The spiritual journey begins after the filmmaker experiences a series of unexplainable events. She interviews her daughter, scientists, psychics,

para-psychologists, psychologists, physicians, and doctors. Her research

reveals experiments suggesting that science is verifying numerous kinds of psychic connections—mind to mind, mind to body, and mind to world.

The assembled testimony, demonstrations, and anecdotes set up a fascinating set of questions and reach beyond superficial answers about what goes on in the nine-tenths of human experience outside of conscious awareness.

Directed by Dutch filmmaker Renee Scheltema,

SOMETHING UNKNOWN IS DOING WE DON’T KNOW WHAT

received a Special Jury Award at the 2009 Arizona International Film Festival.
